We just began a new journey with two different worship services, traditional service at 9:00am and praise & worship at 11:00am on Sundays, and will do more “guest” oriented projects to invite more people this year. I hope that you become part of this exciting and significant re-mission church movement. As we move forward with a new motto, together let us build up the church in Christ Jesus.

 

In February 4, we had "Re-Mission Wesley" Retreat. We shared great hearts for God's church and you will hear more of the great projects in the near future. Our focus will be "discipleship" and "community." Let's experience God's working with us at Wesley!  

 

 

 

 

Our pastor, Jae Lee, was born and grew up in South Korea. In 1997, Jae came to the US and earned his M.Div. and Th.M. from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, Atlanta, GA. He served as Youth Director at Korean UMC of Atlanta, Associate Pastor at First UMC in Brevard, Pastor at Thrift UMC, and now serves here at Wesley UMC. Jae is an elder in the Western North Carolina Conference of the UMC. Jae and his wife Kim have three children, JungWoo (10th grade), Joanna (5th grade), and James (3rd grade).
